Digital Content Creator

I need someone to write original content for the first of many of my home improvement sites. The site is ---------- . Note that I want to outsource the content creation of this, and all of my new and existing sites, however I first would like to see what my money will buy as well of what the quality will be. Also, I was given the budget of $25 by my peers in the industry because that is what they are paying for Philippine labor.
