to help us understand how visitors use our website and how we can improve our results. This is a flexible, remote role paid on a fixed monthly retainer. You will be our dedicated analytics expert — reviewing performance regularly, flagging what matters, and giving us clear guidance on what to do next.

What you'll do
Monitor our website traffic and user behavior on an ongoing basis

Deliver a clear monthly report with insights and practical recommendations

Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and any tracking tools needed

Identify where visitors are dropping off and suggest improvements to increase conversions

Review SEO performance and suggest ways to improve our search rankings

Communicate findings in plain language — no jargon, just clear and useful guidance
