Digital Ads Manager

I need someone that really understands ads, facebook ads etc. I need someone who can create the creatives and help run ad campaigns. Need someone who understands all verticals of this and can leads advertising efforts across multiple brands. Must have great english and communication skills - must understand all of this well and be a leader. Ideal candidate will help create brand advertising creatives and then push out to ideal target audience to create conversions, clients, leads and sales.
