Remote Personal Development & Accountability Coach

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Personal Development & Accountability Coach to provide one-on-one guidance and support.

Position Details

• Remote position
• 1–2 sessions per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Monthly performance bonus.
• $20 per hour
• Master degree required **
But Exceptions if your experience is verifiable and compensate for not having a masters. Applications will be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for personal life challenges
• Help establish goals and develop practical action plans
• Monitor progress and provide accountability
• Assist with mindset development and personal growth
• Encourage positive habits, discipline, and consistency
• Serve as a mentor and trusted advisor
• Understand my goals and objectives
• Good record keeping for future review and improvement key points.

Requirements

• Strong belief in and understanding of the Law of Attraction (required)
• Experience with one-on-one coaching, mentoring, counseling, or personal guidance
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Patient, supportive, and professional approach
• Ability to motivate and hold clients accountable for agreed-upon goals
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Current NBI Clearance (for applicants in the Philippines) or equivalent background check documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in life coaching, personal development, psychology, counseling, or a related field
• Experience helping individuals navigate personal challenges, improve focus, build confidence, and achieve goals
