Developer & graphic designer

Hello, I'm looking to add a tea ---------- mber to our small team marketing agency. We're looking for someone who has both developer skills and designer skills.

For example, we might need graphics created or a web page designed for our clients. On the other hand, this role might require you to set up an integration between softwares or do custom front end development.

**SOME EXAMPLE OF PROJECTS:**
- create deep data integration between Squarespace and Active Campaign
- design sales pages for both mobile and desktop, including: layout, graphics, image allocation (copywriting will be done by someone else)
- create spreadsheets with customer formulas and codes for reporting
- create graphics for various uses
- create lead magnet PDFs
- set up GA4 accounts and pull reports and funnels (technical assistance)

**SKILLS DESIRED**
- graphic and video design skills
- front end page design (using CMS tools and custom development)
- graphic design
- video editing (very little of this is needed, but might be occasional)
- developer skills - front end, backend & integrations, spreadsheets, VWO, and GA4
- set up GA4, prove it's connecting right, create reports
- set up integrations between softwares (native and deep data)
- front end development to make pages look the way we want
- backend to make checkout processes and data attribution fluid and smooth
- check out and cart development
- developer skills for using tools like VWO to create A/B tests for custom elements on a website

**REQUIREMENTS:**
- proven track record and previous experience with design and development
- willingness to work during U.S. regular working hours (9am-5pm Central - give or take)
- great English skills, both written and spoken
- willingness to use project management tools (ClickUp, Slack, Email)
- have access to your own suite of design or development tools (ex: photoshop, video editor, etc)
- excellent personal/work management skills: working through tasks, communicating with the team, on time to meetings, provide deliverables on time
- willingness to work through issues if and when they arise (such as miscommunication, technical issues, or other issues inhibiting job performance)
