Developer experience with claude automations (junior & senior)

At our agency we build AI agents and automations for clients, with a strong focus on the e-commerce space. We're a fast-moving agency looking for developers who love working with cutting-edge AI tools and aren't afraid to talk to clients.

The Role
We're hiring developers across experience levels (1–5 years) to build AI agents and automations for our e-commerce clients. You'll work hands-on with the latest AI development tools and play a direct role in client aftercare and support.

What You'll Do
- Build AI agents and automations for e-commerce clients
- Work with Claude Code and Claude-based agent frameworks
- Manage code through GitHub workflows
- Communicate directly with clients to provide ongoing support and aftercare
- Iterate quickly on solutions based on client feedback

What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of development experience
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code (preferred)
- Experience building agents with Claude or similar LLM frameworks (preferred)
- Comfortable with Git and GitHub
- Solid foundation in software development principles
- Fluent, professional English — written and spoken (you'll be client-facing)
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekends when client needs require it
- Self-starter who can work independently and communicate clearly

Nice to Have
- E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
- Prior client-facing or agency experience
