JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based executive coaching and leadership development company serving senior leaders and organizations nationwide. As we grow our online presence, digital learning programs, and AI-enabled tools, we are looking for a versatile, dependable developer and technical support specialist to be our go-to person for technology across the business.
This is a long-term, full-time remote role for someone who is reliable, communicative, and genuinely committed. You will own our websites and also serve as the first point of contact for the day-to-day technology that keeps our team and clients running, from our online learning academy to video conferencing, Microsoft 365, integrations, and everyday software support. We are looking for someone who can both build and support, and who enjoys solving a wide range of technical problems.
About the Role
Your work will span three connected areas: building and maintaining our websites, launching and managing our online learning academy, and providing broad technical support across the tools our team and clients rely on. This is not a narrow coding-only role. It is a broad technical operations role for someone who enjoys both building systems and supporting the people who use them.
The exact mix will shift over time as our needs evolve, so we value someone adaptable who can grow the role with us. You will work closely with our project coordinator and directly with leadership, flag issues early, document your work, and follow agreed processes rather than making changes independently to live environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Website development & maintenance — Build, update, and maintain our WordPress websites (front-end and back-end), keeping them fast, secure, mobile-responsive, and easy to manage. Stand up new sites as needed and cross-link them within our web ecosystem.
• Online learning academy — Help launch, manage, and maintain our online learning platform: setting up courses and users, integrating content and assessments, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the learner experience smooth.
• Staging, migrations & hosting — Build and test changes in staging, then execute live migrations only during approved windows and under supervision. Keep hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, redirects, and related configurations stable, documented, and secure.
• Change control & rollback planning — Test thoroughly before going live, back up before major changes, prepare rollback plans for website, DNS, LMS, or integration updates, and never make unauthorized changes to live or DNS settings.
• Cybersecurity & access management — Support basic cybersecurity hygiene, including plugin/theme updates, malware scans, user access reviews, MFA, role-based permissions, password manager use, and documented onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Data privacy & confidentiality — Maintain confidentiality and follow secure handling practices when accessing client, learner, assessment, email, video, AI tool, and internal business systems.
• Communications & collaboration tech — Support tools that power our meetings and client work, such as Zoom, Teams, and other video-conferencing platforms, including setup, troubleshooting, recordings, permissions, and integrations.
• Office & productivity support — Provide hands-on help with Microsoft 365 / Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), file sharing, permissions, account setup, and general software issues for the team.
Email, forms & deliverability — Support email/domain configuration and deliverability basics, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, form notifications, email routing, and troubleshooting issues that affect client or prospect communications.
• Tools, automation & integrations — Connect and maintain third-party tools, forms, scheduling, CRM, assessment, email marketing, payment, automation, and AI-enabled tools so our systems work together smoothly.
• AI-enabled workflows — Support setup, testing, troubleshooting, integrations, prompt/tool documentation, and escalation when custom AI development or outside expertise is needed.
• Analytics & tracking — Maintain basic website analytics and tracking setup, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, landing-page tracking, and form conversion checks.
• General technical support — Act as our first responder for the wide range of tech issues that come up across the business, researching solutions, coordinating with vendors or outside developers when needed, and following through to resolution.
• Quality, documentation & reliability — Create and maintain simple SOPs, document setups and procedures, keep recurring tasks repeatable, and communicate clearly about status, risks, and next steps.
• Collaboration & tracking — Work within our project management system ( ---------- ), give clear status updates, and coordinate with the team on priorities and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience building and maintaining WordPress websites (front-end and back-end).
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with hosting, domain management, DNS configuration, SSL, redirects, and safe site migrations.
• Comfortable with staging environments, backups, QA testing, change control, and rollback planning.
• Experience administering or supporting an online learning platform / LMS, or strong ability to learn one quickly.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office and common collaboration and video-conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices, password management, MFA, user permissions, and secure account access.
• Ability to handle sensitive client, learner, assessment, and business information with discretion and confidentiality.
• A broad, resourceful technical troubleshooting ability across software, accounts, integrations, and vendor support.
• Understanding of website security, performance optimization, responsive design, analytics, and basic email deliverability.
• Excellent written English and clear, proactive communication.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setup.
Nice to Have
• Experience with learning platforms such as LearnDash, Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI workflows, and AI-related integrations.
• Experience with Wix or other website builders.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make), APIs, CRM tools, payment tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, conversion tracking, and landing-page performance checks.
• Basic graphic or design sensibility for landing pages and learning content.
Who We're Looking For
Most of all, we want someone committed, dependable, trustworthy, and resourceful. The right person communicates consistently, takes ownership, meets deadlines, protects confidential information, and treats our systems as if they were their own. Because our technology needs are broad and growing, we want someone who is comfortable wearing several hats, learning new tools quickly, documenting what they do, and being our reliable problem-solver. We are building a long-term working relationship, not filling a short-term gig.
Work Details
• Schedule — Part-time. Some availability during U.S. business hours and a regular window of 11:00 AM–6:00 PM Philippines time for coordinated work and live support is preferred.
• Arrangement — 100% remote.
• Tools — WordPress, Wix, GoDaddy, an online learning platform, ---------- , Zoom, Microsoft 365, analytics tools, automation tools, AI-enabled tools, and standard collaboration platforms.
