**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced DevOps consultant to review our current development, deployment, and infrastructure practices and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Scope:**
- Review our development workflow
- Assess CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Evaluate environment strategy and infrastructure
- Review security, monitoring, and operational practices
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities

**Deliverable:**
A detailed assessment document that includes:
- Current-state analysis
- Key findings and risks
- Recommended improvements
- Prioritized roadmap (quick wins and long-term initiatives)
- Estimated effort and impact for each recommendation

**Environment:**

**Requirements:**
- Proven DevOps and cloud architecture experience
- Strong Azure expertise
- Experience reviewing and optimizing CI/CD workflows
