DevOps Lead

We are searching for a Technical Lead with exceptional skills to become a part of our team and manage our reservation system for mobile applications. As the technical lead, your primary role will be to assess the current development progress, methodologies, and standards. You will be responsible for preparing a comprehensive gap analysis report based on industry standards and best practices and submitting it to the product manager with recommendations. Moreover, you will be required to introduce and execute recommended processes, methodologies, and standards to optimize our development process.

Tasks and Deliverables:
Evaluate current development progress, methodology, and standards, providing a detailed gap analysis.
Establish and implement recommended methodologies, standards, and processes to enhance development efficiency.
Manage a development team consisting of 2 front-end developers, 1 back-end developer, 1 QA & Testing Engineer and 1 UI/UX designer.
Assist us in implementing testing, quality control, and quality assurance processes.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.
Required Experience:
Proven experience as a technical lead in mobile app development.
Strong background in evaluating and implementing development methodologies and standards.
Leadership experience in managing cross-functional development teams.
Expertise in testing, quality control, and quality assurance processes.
Proficiency in Flutter and Firebase.
