Detailed Oriented Multi-Tasking Patient Customer Service Agent

Duties include emailing back patients, calling patients to assist with patient portal technical support when they forget their login information, sending charts to the doctor and onboarding new patients teaching them how to use the patient portal as well have looking up lab locations and signing adobe consent forms. Must be detailed oriented and must be able to work in a fast paced organized environment. Excuses of power outage and wifi issues need not to apply. Must have the ability to text employee via Whatapp if power outage occurs. Must be on time and reliable. Must be able to respond to work chats as they come. Must be willing to work on Sunday's at 6pm-8pm est.
