About Us: We’re a New Zealand-based ecommerce brand. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Design & Content Assistant to join our friendly remote team.

???? Remote | E-commerce Business | NZ Timezone hours (9am-6pm)

We’re a fast-growing ecommerce brand focused on stylish, functional homeware and furniture.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on tea ---------- mber to help us elevate how our products appear online — both visually and in writing — while bringing fresh ideas to improve the overall shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Create and design product images, including Amazon-style A+ content
Audit product pages for accuracy, brand consistency, and conversion
Manage visual merchandising aligned with our promotional calendar
Assist with promotions, product bundles, and upsell offers
Your day to day responsibilities includes:

Manage and update product listings in Shopify
Organise tags and collections to improve site navigation and filtering
Edit lead images for product pages (cropping, basic clean-ups)
Write or refine product descriptions, FAQs, and blog content
Regularly update site navigation, categories, and product content
Conduct customer and competitor research to guide merchandising
What we’re looking for:

? Must-Haves Skills:

Experience creating ecommerce/Amazon-style product images
Expert Photoshop and Canva Pro skills
Clear, engaging writing and an eye for good copy
Strong written and spoken English skills.
A degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or similar
