Plan and manage software release cycles and sprint schedules
Translate business needs into clear, structured tasks for the development team
Track progress, remove blockers, and maintain accountability across the team
Coordinate communication between developers, QA, support, and stakeholders
Document changes, release notes, instructions, and rollout plans
Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients (training, setup, success follow-through)
Monitor live issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution
Experience managing software projects (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong communication and task-organization skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language
Comfortable managing deadlines and following up until completion
Hands-on with project tools (JIRA, Trello, Monday, Asana, etc.)
Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and basic software delivery workflows
(Coding not required, but helpful.)
