Delivery Coordinator/Dispatcher

Working Hours: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM PH Time

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate deliveries within your assigned state.
Assign and schedule deliveries for drivers.
Monitor and ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate delivery records and resolve issues.
Ensure all reports are filled out in the CRM before the end of shift.

Qualifications:
Logistics or eCommerce experience required.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Familiarity with delivery management software & Time Doctor is a plus.
