You will work for the owner, and build a software business together with the owner from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for knowledge and mastery in a one-on-one role with an entrepreneur.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Executive Administrator to join our dynamic SaaS team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering solutions independently, and ensuring every project runs seamlessly from start to finish.

You will be managing multiple projects and task lists, including: inbox zero, client communications, Go High Level process mapping, CRM updating and development, and special projects. Current projects include sales and marketing process architecture, email automation, e-book publishing, and affiliate marketing process creation.

Title Fraud Defender is a startup software company, tied to the real estate industry. The founder George McCleary, is a longstanding, well-known real estate personality who has been featured on major US newsfeeds, Dr. Phil, Joe Rogan, and BiggerPockets. He is developing, designing and deploying a software product to protect homeowners from an insidious type of fraud that is affecting homeowners nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
-Autonomously manage complex company projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness without external oversight.
-Execute administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
-Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT to enhance problem-solving and streamline operations.
-Apply critical thinking and deductive reasoning to solve multifaceted challenges.
-Lead the recruitment and hiring of employees and contractors with precision and clarity.
-Oversee marketing initiatives, consistently evaluating processes and making data-driven improvements.
-Manage and provide oversight for employees and contractors, ensuring operational excellence.
-Conduct professional correspondence and phone calls with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (10/10 proficiency).

Qualifications:
-Exceptional English Proficiency: 10/10 verbal and written skills required.
-High Deductive Reasoning: Ability to dissect complex problems, form logical conclusions, and find solutions efficiently.
-AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools, with a strong aptitude for crafting effective prompts.
-Independent Worker: Proven ability to work autonomously, with little need for external input or validation.
-Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated history of accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Project-Focused Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a track record of successful project management.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in software, sales funnels, Go High Level, SaaS, or a related field is advantageous.

Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday Pacific Standard Time (West Coast USA).
Salary: 100,000 PHP per month, depending on experience.
