We are looking for a passionate and experienced DeFi Growth Lead to join our team. You will play a critical role in expanding our DeFi ecosystem, nurturing partnerships, driving growth, and leading sales efforts within the blockchain space.



What You Will Do at HeLa Labs?

-Drive the growth of DeFi solutions by understanding market needs and identifying new business opportunities.
-Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the DeFi, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem to enhance our market presence.
-Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including crypto founders, VCs, startups, and influencers, to drive awareness and adoption of HeLa Labs' solutions.
-Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted go-to-market strategies and ensure successful execution.
-Lead sales efforts by crafting compelling proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
-Manage and grow a sales pipeline, providing regular reports on performance and progress to stakeholders.
-Organize and participate in online and offline events, webinars, and meetups to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Our Ideal Candidates Would Have:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
-2-3 years of proven experience in business development, growth, or sales roles, preferably within the DeFi, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
-A strong network of connections within the blockchain industry, including VCs, DeFi projects, startups, and investors.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
