Title: Work Order Processor & Photo Reviewer – Property Maintenance (US Based)
Salary: 400$ a month, we do trining 3 day free full time from 8am to 5pm
need to be have Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Applicants with degrees outside of these fields will not be considered.
Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills are required.
We are a fast-growing maintenance and property preservation company operating in Colorado and Washington. We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant in the Philippines to handle our back-office work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Photo Processing: Reviewing "Before, During, and After" photos sent by our crews in Denver and Tacoma.

Portal Uploads: Uploading and labeling photos into vendor portals (Lessen, SMS Assist, Safeguard, or MCS).

Invoicing: Creating accurate invoices based on completed work and material receipts.

Quality Control: Checking for blurry photos or missing documentation before we leave a job site.

Requirements:

Previous experience with US Property Preservation or Facility Maintenance portals is a HUGE plus.

Stable high-speed internet (25mbps+) and a reliable power backup.

Excellent written English for writing repair descriptions.
