We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Odoo systems to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our tire trading operations by automating data processes within Odoo and providing insightful analysis of supplier and client offers. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze pricing data to identify the best possible matches, contributing directly to our profitability and efficiency. Responsibilities: * Odoo System Management: * Utilize and maintain our Odoo ERP system, specifically focusing on data entry, management, and automation functionalities. * Develop and implement automated workflows within Odoo to streamline data collection and insertion processes related to supplier and client offers. * Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Odoo system. * Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues within Odoo. * Data Analysis & Reporting: * Collect and compile data on tire trading offers from various suppliers and clients. * Analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends, patterns, and discrepancies. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key pricing metrics and analysis results. * Interpret data and provide actionable insights to the trading team to support optimal price matching and negotiation strategies. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis. * Price Matching & Optimization: * Analyze and compare supplier pricing with client requirements to identify the most profitable and competitive price matches. * Develop methodologies and tools within Odoo to automate and enhance the price matching process. * Evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on profitability and market competitiveness. * Collaborate with the trading team to understand their data needs and provide tailored analysis to support deal closures. * Collaboration: * Work closely with the trading, sales, and procurement teams to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy. * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Participate in cross-functional projects related to data management and system improvements. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a trading or sales environment. * Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP system is essential, including experience with data entry, reporting, and automation tools within Odoo. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. * Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data analysis software. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. * Familiarity with the tire trading industry or similar trading environments is advantageous. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to a non-technical audience. * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in automating processes within Odoo using tools like Odoo Studio or custom modules. * Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation. * Understanding of database management principles.
