Data Warehouse Architect & Forms

I am ending my relationship with FileMaker pro and am looking for an expert in Azure/SQL data warehousing. I need to replicate my existing Data warehouse that functions as a data collection and as a billing system. I will need someone who can also help with Microsoft forms. I have the workflow from start to finish sequenced out, but need someone to build and maintain the new system. Maintaining will include upgrades and trouble shooting. The maintaining will not be full-time, but would be a consistent part time work month to month.

I am an expert as an end user and know the complete workflow. I need you to build the data input (from excel and CSV files), storage, reports and output (csv) based on the requirements I share. I have existing Filipino staff whom I trust and enjoy working with. I am an excellent employer, I pay on time and will pay through the platform you prefer.

I need you to have excellent verbal and written English. I need the new system to be built by August. I have retained a Microsoft expert as a consultant to make sure I properly explain what platform I need, and where I need it to be built.
