Data Visualization and Reporting Specialist (Proficient in Tableau and SQL)

About Us:
We’re a forward-moving e-commerce and retail company based in London, looking for a skilled Data Visualisation & Reporting Analyst to join our team. Your expertise in Tableau & SQL/Excel will be instrumental in driving insights and strategies for our commercial and operations teams.

The Role:
Initially, you’ll focus on creating detailed Tableau dashboards for our commercial and operations teams. This task is essential for presenting our data clearly and supporting initial analysis efforts. Over time, as these dashboards become a core part of our operations, your role will expand. You’ll move into a broader analyst support role, maintaining these dashboards as well as handling regular reporting and ad-hoc requests to meet our team’s data requirements. This development is designed to ensure our data continues to support our business effectively.

Who We’re Looking For:
Someone with solid experience in Tableau & data manipulation with intermediate/advanced SQL skills, capable of handling both dashboard creation and complex data analyses.
A detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives on uncovering insights from data.
A confident communicator, able to translate surface data into actionable insights for various team members.
Flexible and adaptable, willing to adjust to evolving role requirements and work hours to meet team needs across GMT/UK time zones.

The requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within the eCommerce/Retail industry
Prior experience building data visualisations using Tableau
Strong proficiency in SQL / Excel
