Data & Systems Specialist (Inventory / Excel / Amazon FBA)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Systems Specialist to manage and maintain critical business data across our inventory, accounting, and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update inventory software data.
* Update supplier files and pricing information.
* Ensure pricing and product data remain accurate across all integrated systems.
* Manage Amazon FBA-related product and inventory data.
* Create, maintain, and troubleshoot product kits, bundles, and component relationships.
* Perform advanced Excel data manipulation, analysis, imports, exports, and cleanup.
* Identify and resolve data discrepancies across multiple software platforms.

Requirements:

* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data manipulation, reporting).
* Strong experience with inventory management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple software integrations.
* Strong IT and problem-solving mindset.
