JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional Data Scientist / Marketer with a proven track record in on-page SEO and email marketing to join our dynamic team. This role combines advanced data analytics with hands-on expertise in optimizing web content and crafting high-impact email campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel at turning insights into strategies that boost organic search rankings, drive email engagement, and maximize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze website performance data, keyword trends, and user behavior to enhance on-page SEO (e.g., meta tags, content structure, internal linking).
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation, A/B testing, and automation to increase open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
Build predictive models to forecast SEO performance and email campaign outcomes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-optimized pages and compelling email copy aligned with data-driven insights.
Track and report on KPIs such as organic traffic, bounce rates, email deliverability, and customer retention using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Mailchimp.
Conduct competitive SEO audits and market research to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
Create dashboards and visualizations to present actionable insights to stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
Continuously refine marketing funnels by integrating SEO and email data to improve lead generation and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a similar role, with a strong focus on on-page SEO and email marketing.
Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation tasks.
Strong SQL skills for querying and managing marketing datasets.
Deep knowledge of on-page SEO best practices (e.g., keyword research, site speed optimization, schema markup).
Proven success in designing and optimizing email campaigns with high engagement and conversion rates.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills to translate technical findings into marketing wins.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with broader digital marketing channels (e.g., SEM, social media ads).
Background in UX or content strategy to enhance SEO and email effectiveness.
