Overview
At Triple we operate a number of marketplaces for local businesses in the USA. We previously founded companies like Flexport (~$10B), Yoshi (~$250M), and BuildZoom (~$200M). We take pride in our values: read more here, Triple: Our Values. We’re looking for a dedicated Data Research Operations Manager to lead a team of 12 and to drive efficiency and excellence.

What We're Looking For
Prior experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, Team Leader or similar
Experience working in data management or research operations is a plus

Responsibilities
General Management
- Hire, train, monitor and fire as needed
- Update and maintain SOPs
- Ensure consistent daily KPIs
- Allocate work for optimal efficiency and fairness

Data Management
- Maintain organized data tracking and work prioritization systems
- Monitor progress to determine project status
- Collaborate with the technical data management team

Operations Management
- Do job yourself periodically to be intimately familiar with process
- Continuously refine and update operations
- Adjust KPIs to be competitive but achievable

Opportunity
