Parks Asset Management is a Philadelphia-based real estate operations and property management company focused on multifamily and investment properties. We combine institutional-style systems with hands-on execution to help property owners operate and grow their portfolios more effectively.

We are currently looking for a full-time Remote Data Operations & Skip Tracing Virtual Assistant to support our business development and lead generation efforts. This role is focused on organizing property ownership data, researching owner contact information, maintaining CRM systems, and preparing leads for our outbound business development team.

This is not a cold-calling position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRMs, and capable of processing large amounts of data accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include entering and organizing property and ownership records into our CRM, researching and locating owner contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses, cleaning and standardizing datasets, removing duplicate records, tagging and categorizing leads, and maintaining overall CRM accuracy and organization. You will also assist with skip tracing, lead enrichment, database audits, and internal reporting processes.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience with:

data entry
skip tracing
CRM systems
lead generation
real estate-related data work

Strong spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are extremely important in this role. Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, skip tracing tools, or PropStream is a plus.

Applicants should have a stable high-speed internet connection, a reliable computer setup, and a quiet work environment. Professionalism, consistency, organization, and accuracy are critical, as the quality of data directly impacts the effectiveness of our business development efforts.

Compensation for this role ranges from $3–$5/hour depending on experience, speed, and accuracy. In addition to hourly compensation, eligible tea ---------- mbers may qualify for a year-end performance bonus of up to $5,000 based on:

data accuracy
productivity
consistency
CRM organization
contribution to successful lead generation efforts
