We are a US-based company focused on real estate investing, property management, and women empowerment coaching. Our goal is to stay ahead of the curve in marketing trends and continuously improve our brand presence across various platforms. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Research Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us stay informed on the latest marketing strategies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Position Overview:
The Data Marketing Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on marketing trends, social media platforms, and content strategies. You will gather insights on what successful coaches and influencers in our industry are doing to grow their brands and audience. This role requires someone who is proactive, creative, and has a passion for research and marketing. Your findings will be used to shape our marketing strategies and content creation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing research on marketing trends across social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok,
Identify and track emerging content trends and platform updates that can be leveraged for our brand.
Research what other coaches and influencers in the real estate, property management, and women empowerment industries are doing to grow their brands and audience.
Provide regular reports on competitor activities, including their content strategies, lead generation techniques, and social media engagement tactics.
Research content ideas for social media, YouTube, podcasts, and webinars based on current trends.
Identify new tools and technologies in the marketing space, particularly in content creation, audience engagement, and analytics.
Assist with building marketing strategies based on research insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to help develop creative and innovative ideas to grow our audience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, or research role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and how they work (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok,
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including content creation, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Familiarity with the real estate and coaching industries is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other research tools.
Detail-oriented and able to deliver thorough, accurate reports on time.
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and suggest improvements.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools for content research and creation is a bonus.
