Data Entry/Report Builder

The Report Builder is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support organizational decision-making. This role works closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements, transform data into meaningful insights, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business users and stakeholders.
Design, develop, and maintain operational, financial, and management reports.
Create dashboards and visualizations using reporting and business intelligence tools.
Extract, clean, and transform data from various databases and systems.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and opportunities for automation.
Document report specifications, data sources, and development processes.
Provide end-user support and training for reporting solutions.
Maintain compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience developing reports using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
