Data Entry Specialist [Video Interview required]

Fast-paced Korean-American law firm seeks an extremely detail-oriented and talented data entry specialist with a (familiarity with CPT Coding preferred) to join their team. Partial overlap with the company's schedule (9am-1:30pm Eastern US Time) is required.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Creation of spreadsheets with CPT Codes with proper data fro ---------- dical billing documentation and EOBs, including calculations of outstanding balances and expected payment according to a fee schedule.

2. Filling out insurance appeal forms with proper medical and billing information.

3. Putting together appeal packets of medical and billing documentation using Adobe Pro.

4. Organizing and rearranging digital files using Adobe Pro.

5. Assisting the company's health law department with miscellaneous tasks and analysis.

Requirements for the position:

1. Partial overlap with the company's working hours (9am-1:30pm Eastern US Time)

2. Must be proactive and extremely responsive during working hours.

3. Must be extremely detail-oriented and produce mistake-free work that has been proofread to catch errors.

4. Proficiency and efficiency in Google Sheets spreadsheets and Adobe Pro. Ability to utilize technology well to complete tasks in an efficient manner.

5. Existing tech setup including a fast computer and at least one large monitor.

6. Ability to work seamlessly with other staff members, both in US and in PH.

7. Strong, reliable internet connection
