Data Entry/ Data Processing Specialist

Location: Fully Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Start time between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM PH Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our operations team by accurately inputting, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of data across different systems.

This is a focused, accuracy-driven role ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with repetitive but important tasks that directly impact business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Encoding & Input
-Accurately input and update information across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
-Ensure all data is complete, consistent, and properly formatted.
-Handle both structured and unstructured data with strong attention to detail.

2. Data Cleaning & Organization
-Review datasets for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
-Clean and standardize information for reporting and operational use.
-Maintain organized file structures and proper labeling systems.

3. Data Maintenance & Updates
-Regularly update records based on new or changing information.
-Monitor data accuracy and flag discrepancies when needed.
-Ensure databases remain reliable and up-to-date for team use.

4. Process Support
-Assist in improving data workflows and documentation.
-Support basic reporting needs by preparing clean datasets.
-Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.

Required Qualifications & Skills

-Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
-Good typing speed and familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
-Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
-Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency
-Willingness to use AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
-Strong time management and reliability in meeting deadlines
-Good written English for basic documentation and labeling
