Data Entry Clerk / Influencer Researcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk & Influencer Researcher. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and tracking influencers while organizing and maintaining accurate records of their profiles and activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Research: Identify influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other social media websites that meet certain criteria.
- Data Organization: Clean, structure, and maintain existing CRM data by consolidating it into organized spreadsheets.
- Profile Management: Collect, verify, and organize influencer profiles and contact information in Excel or similar tools with precision and attention to detail.
- Activity Tracking: Monitor and update influencers' activity logs in spreadsheets.
- Administrative Support: Provide occasional administrative support for team operations, such as scheduling or communication.
- Quality Control: Review data for deficiencies or errors and ensure accuracy before submitting or using information.

Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry and formatting.
- Experience with social media platforms and familiarity with influencer research tools is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media research, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
