Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Data Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll architect and implement advanced data systems that power our data-driven strategies and campaigns. You'll be responsible for building scalable infrastructure that transforms complex marketing data into actionable insights that drive measurable results for our high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build robust, high-volume data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze marketing data across multiple channels and platforms
Develop sophisticated ETL processes to integrate data from diverse marketing tools, CRM systems, and enterprise client platforms
Create and maintain scalable data warehousing solutions optimized for marketing analytics and performance at scale
Collaborate with our marketing analytics team and strategists to deliver data solutions that meet evolving business requirements
Implement comprehensive tracking systems and advanced data collection methods for complex digital marketing campaigns
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations across global markets
Build automated reporting systems and real-time dashboards that provide immediate visibility into campaign performance
Optimize database architecture for performance, reliability, and scalability in high-traffic environments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related technical field
3+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related industries
Advanced SQL skills and extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Strong programming abilities in Python or similar languages
Proven experience with marketing technology platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Expertise with modern ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks (Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, etc.)
Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and cross-channel analytics
Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Preferred Skills

Experience with enterprise-level marketing automation tools and API integrations
Proficiency with data visualization tools and dashboarding (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) for processing large marketing datasets
Experience with real-time data processing for immediate campaign optimization
Familiarity with machine learning concepts for predictive marketing and customer behavior modeling
Understanding of advanced web tracking implementations and tag management systems
Experience working with large-scale, high-traffic marketing platforms
