JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, including research, administrative tasks, and basic graphic design. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, be comfortable with Google Workspace tools, and have reliable high-speed internet with access to NYC-based websites. Experience in real estate is a plus, and we encourage applicants who are willing to suggest process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct blog research and compile relevant information.

Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and organization.

Create simple graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.

Research property listings, market trends, and other real estate-related data (if applicable).

Provide recommendations to improve workflows and systems.

Requirements:
High-speed internet and ability to access NYC websites.

Experience using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Zoom.

Proficiency in Canva and other basic design tools.

Strong research and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in real estate or supporting a real estate professional.

A proactive approach to suggesting improvements to existing systems.

Familiarity with social media content creation is a plus.
