We are American Hat Makers, seeking a talented Data Analytics & Order Workflow Specialist to support our Wholesale division and be a key contribution to our team.
Job Summary:
This key role involves a detailed analysis of sales numbers, bookings, shipments and inventory that supports our day to day wholesale business. This role is also key for more detailed sales analysis including category/product performance, sales rep performance and future budgeting. You must be Detail-Oriented with Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics
Monthly Report
Monthly sales report
Daily reports
Available to sell UPC report
Revenue by Channel (Daily,Weekly,Monthly)
Daily shipping report by customer/rep
Invalid address
Shipping Blocking
Additional sales support reports as required

Become Proficient with:
Reporting from the Faire platform
Ability to navigate the platform to support:
Shipping label and freight amounts
Faire customer inquiry
Manual Faire orders
Review daily Faire orders
Report from the Fulfil wholesale platform to support:
Order entry functionality and how this impacts orders downstream and reporting
Edit/Deleting orders
Creating new customers / creating new orders
Support product allocations strategy for Wholesale and Faire

Communication:
Daily check-ins with upper management to provide updates and receive feedback.
Pre and Post Huddle with the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
