Role Description:
Alvita Care is seeking a Data Analyst who specializes in data analysis with a foundational understanding of data architecture. This role will focus on leveraging Power BI to develop dashboards, reports, and insights that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Snowflake or similar platforms, assisting in the structuring and optimization of data storage and retrieval processes.

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Server.
• Experience working with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data modeling and calculations.
• Ability to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying trends, correlations, and business insights.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with data architecture principles, including data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake or similar platform.
• Experience in financial storytelling, KPI tracking, and business intelligence reporting.
• Previous experience acting as a consultant to business units, providing trend and exception analysis.
• Basic understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
