Our client is a COO and Growth Operator looking for an experienced data professional with a strong background in digital marketing, revenue optimization, and high-level reporting. This role is critical for turning raw metrics into actionable insights and implementing dashboards to streamline decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign performance, optimize funnels, and conduct A/B split tests.
- Sales Metrics & Revenue: Monitor sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and performance KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Funnel Data & A/B Testing: Design and analyze split tests to enhance conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey.
- Financial Reporting (P&L) : Collaborate on profit and loss statements, identify cost-saving measures, and drive profitability.
- High-Level Reporting: Prepare executive-level dashboards and summaries for strategic planning and performance reviews.
- Dashboard Implementation: Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards, integrating data from various sources into cohesive views.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing analytics (campaign tracking, funnel optimization).
- Strong grasp of sales metrics and revenue models (e.g., pipelines, forecasting).
- Hands-on expertise with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of financial data (P&L, budgeting, ROI analysis).
- Ability to build dashboards and automate reporting using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations to C-level executives.
