Data Analyst

Position Title: Data Analyst
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 06:00 PM (EST)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our partnerships, product development, sales, and data initiatives. This role involves managing key home listings, building and maintaining databases, enhancing CRM systems, and ensuring data accuracy. Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, SQL, and Looker, along with strong analytical skills, is essential. If you excel at organizing data and driving insights, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Partnership support by helping identify and label key homes in specific regions. Assign those specific regions to callers before every month.
- Product team support by
a. finding the types of listing pages, and homes that we need to build. This includes helping find the terms that we are building for.
b. Research all of management’s findings and ensure that these homes get enriched
- Sales support - work on building out the CRM for both leads and homes. Hubspot proficiency required
- Build a database of all of our homes with every single relevant column for our partners. Looker/SQL required here
- Dashboards and one off data projects helpful as well
- Data Collection and Aggregation - Independently identify and gather relevant data from a variety of sources, including external government databases and platforms.
- Take ownership of data quality, ensuring it is accurate, clean, and ready for analysis or publishing.

- Proficiency in HubSpot and CRM management
- Expertise in SQL and Looker for database creation and maintenance.

- Research skills for sourcing data from various platforms
- Strong analytical mindset to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis
