JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our artists' data across our internal platforms and our public-facing website. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless experience for our artists and a professional presentation of their work to the public.

Responsibilities

- Artist Profile Management: Create and manage artist profiles on our website, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately reflects the artist's details.

- Content Management: Upload and manage artist assets, including profile pictures and portfolio images, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

- Data Migration and Synchronization: Migrate artist data from legacy systems to our new platform and ensure data consistency across all systems.

- Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain artist information in our internal database, including personal details, company information, artistic styles, and service restrictions.

- Document Management: Collect, verify, and manage all necessary artist documentation, such as contracts, identification, and business registrations.

- Change Management: Process and verify change requests from artists regarding their profile information.


- Data Auditing: Regularly audit artist profiles to ensure data completeness and quality, and proactively identify and correct any discrepancies.


- Reporting: Provide regular reports on data quality and completeness to the management team.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Data Administrator or in a similar role.

- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in data entry and data management software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
