JOB OVERVIEW

About us:
We're a fast-growing UGC creator agency running short-form video campaigns for tech and consumer brands. We've driven hundreds of millions of views in under six months and manage large rosters of creators across multiple client programs. We need a detail-obsessed VA to keep quality high and our campaigns running smoothly.

What you'll do:
- Comment QA, daily. Go through our campaign dashboard (Shortimize) and check every video above a set view threshold. Confirm there's a pinned comment. If there isn't, post an approved comment or message the creator. You'll have a dedicated account for this.
- Keep our trackers current. Run a weekly sweep confirming every creator is logged correctly in our systems, fix broken or missing links, and report back when it's done.
- Follow up with creators to collect Spark Codes and authorizations, and log them.
- Source reference material for scripts.
- Review creator invoices against what's actually posted. Confirm videos are live and meet spec, and flag discrepancies before payment.
- Help push out scripts and assets to creators, and keep a simple ticket process moving.

You're a great fit if you:
- Have strong written English and are comfortable messaging creators professionally.
- Are extremely detail-oriented and reliable with repetitive daily tasks. This role rewards consistency.
- Know TikTok and short-form video well. Bonus if you've worked with UGC, influencers, or creators before.
- Can pick up tools quickly. We use Airtable, Notion, ---------- , Google Workspace, and Canva.
- Can work hours that overlap with US Eastern time.

To apply: Put the word GLOSS at the top of your application so I know you read this. Tell me about any experience you have with TikTok, short-form video, or working with content creators, and describe one time you caught a mistake that others missed.
