In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and guiding borrowers through the DSCR loan process. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, borrowers, and referral partners.

Educate clients on DSCR loan options, requirements, and the mortgage process.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in mortgage sales, loan origination, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of DSCR loans is required.

Proficiency in mortgage loan origination software and CRM systems.
