JOB OVERVIEW

Dogument ( ---------- ) is the UK's first premium dog identity platform — built around biometric nose-print verification, a formal digital identity record for every dog, and a curated membership experience for serious dog owners.

We are a brand new UK limited company, pre-launch, and we are building something genuinely original.

We are looking for our first employee — someone who believes in what we are building, wants to grow with us, and has the skills to help us get there.

This is not a corporate job. It is a founding team role.

You will work directly with the founder — a British entrepreneur with 40 years of experience building businesses across luxury, antiques, events, and technology. He loves working with Filipino talent and has a long track record of rewarding the people who helped him build.

What you will do:

You will be involved in almost everything. In the early months that means: managing daily communications and administration, building and sending premium newsletters and email campaigns, supporting social media content creation, assisting with partner and affiliate management, conducting research, and helping coordinate the technical build of the platform. As we grow, your role grows with us.

What we need from you:

You must be a genuine dog lover — this matters. You must be comfortable with AI tools and use them daily. You must have real coding or development experience — even basic HTML, CSS, or familiarity with no-code platforms is valuable. You must be able to design newsletters and marketing materials to a Western luxury standard. You must be highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently without being chased. You must be available across UK business hours (some flexibility on this).

What we are offering:
$1000 USD per month for the first six months, rising to $1,500 per month from month seven. This is a startup salary — we are honest about that. What we are also offering is the chance to be part of something from the very beginning, with a founder who rewards loyalty and performance generously as the business grows.
