Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Appointment Setter with proven experience in DM marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media engagement, a knack for building rapport, and a results-driven mindset. You will play a pivotal role in generating and nurturing leads through personalized direct messaging on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily DM outreach on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to identify and engage with potential clients.
Initiate meaningful conversations that convert leads into scheduled appointments.
Build relationships with prospects by understanding their pain points and aligning them with our services.
Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring follow-ups are timely and effective.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in DM marketing, with a proven track record of generating leads and setting appointments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write compelling and engaging messages.
Proficiency in social media platforms with a deep understanding of audience engagement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in DM marketing
Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.
Able to work 9 AM - 5 PM EST
