JOB OVERVIEW

As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the growth of our BPO services. You will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the BPO industry, including market research and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to identify areas for business expansion and improvement.
• Develop and manage a high-performing business development team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development within the BPO industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of BPO services and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at the executive level.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
