Job Objective:
The primary objective of the Community Manager is to increase our agency's visibility and to build a community engaged with real estate and investment. The role aims to position our company as a reference in the sector, thus attracting clients and investors through a strong and interactive online presence.

Job Mission:
The Community Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our agency’s online presence, creating and overseeing our website, visual identity, and social media platforms. This role is crucial for establishing our brand in the competitive real estate market.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

Develop an editorial calendar tailored to our target audience and business objectives.
Create and publish engaging content (articles, infographics, videos) across our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Website Development and Visual Identity:

Collaborate with web developers and designers for the creation and maintenance of the website.
Ensure the consistency of our brand across all digital and printed platforms.
Community Engagement and Management:

Interact with users, answer queries, and moderate discussions to ensure an active and engaged community.
Analyze market trends to adapt communication strategies.
Performance Analysis:

Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of various campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Regularly report on campaign performance and user engagement.
Competitive and Strategic Monitoring:

Monitor trends in the real estate and social media sectors to adjust our content strategies.
Analyze competitors' actions to propose improvements or innovations in our marketing approach.
Required Qualifications:

Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Excellent command of French, with strong writing skills.
Knowledge of the real estate sector is highly desirable to better understand and communicate the specific challenges of our market.
Specific Skills:

Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Skills in SEO/SEM and data analysis.
Creativity, self-sufficiency, and excellent organizational skills.
