LOOKING TO HIRE DATA RESEARCH SPECIALIST FOR REAL ESTATE

**Availability:**
- Part-time availability (10 hours per week).
- Must be willing to work on Central Standard Time.
- Preferably work 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday (U.S.A CST)
- Willingness to work on Saturdays if needed.

**PREFERENCE:**
We are looking for someone with strong English skills who can understand and navigate
Family Trees effectively. Experience with platforms such as

background in private investigation or similar research-intensive work is highly
preferred. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, investigative, and driven to
uncover critical information. Minimal calls will be required for this position, so it’s perfect

**Compensation:**
$4/hr, 10 hours a week
