Cybersecurity & Information Security Specialists (Senior + Junior Roles Available)

We are a UK-based cybersecurity company in its early growth stage, looking to build a small, remote team of trusted information security professionals. We need:
- One highly experienced cybersecurity expert
- One junior/intermediate InfoSec analyst or assistant

Both roles are part-time or gig-based to start and may grow into more consistent work.

Responsibilities (Depending on Skill Level):
Senior-Level:
- Lead or support client cybersecurity reviews and audits
- Draft or review ISO 27001/NIST/SOC 2 policies and documents
- Support technical due diligence for clients
- Advise on security posture and compliance improvements

Junior-Level:
- Assist with documentation and templates
- Perform basic risk assessments or fill out security questionnaires
- Draft security awareness content
- Research cybersecurity trends and summarize findings


Requirements:
For Senior-Level Role:
- 5+ years in cybersecurity or information security
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, GDPR, SOC etc.)
- Confident in client-facing situations (via email or video)
- Experience working with SMEs or startups is a bonus

For Junior Role:
- 1+ year in an InfoSec or IT role (entry-level acceptable if trained)
- Some understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance
- Good written English and attention to detail

Work Hours:
- Flexible, part-time or gig-based (5–15 hrs/week)
- Tasks assigned based on availability and skill match

Payment:
- Senior: $6–$10/hour or fixed per-task pricing (depending on task)
- Junior: $3–$5/hour
