Customer Service Representative – Women's Fashion | Remote | Long-Term
Full-Time | Remote

We run a women's fashion dropshipping business and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team for the long haul. We have clear systems, SOPs, and templates in place — we just need the right person to execute them consistently and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer emails regarding orders, tracking, refunds, replacements, and sizing — within a 24-hour window
Following our pre-written templates and SOPs precisely and consistently
Managing and resolving customer complaints in a polite, professional manner
Logging refunds, complaints, and replacements accurately in Google Sheets
Generating weekly reports per store
Flagging recurring issues to the team lead
Contributing to improving our support documentation over time

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or dropshipping customer support
Fluent written English — clear, polished, and on-brand
Experience with the following platforms:
FreshDesk (help desk management)
Shopify (order tracking and management)
ChatGPT / DeepL (AI-assisted responses and translations)
Google Sheets (reporting and logging)

Someone who is organized, reliable, and consistent — we have zero tolerance for duplicate emails, vague answers, or off-topic replies
Available full-time (40 hrs/week) once onboarded
Not currently holding another full-time position
Open to team calls and check-ins
Available to start immediately
Someone who communicates well

What We Offer
