JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Dispute Manager / Customer Service Manager with proven dropshipping experience to join our growing e-commerce team. You will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations for multiple dropshipping stores, with a strong focus on dispute resolution, including chargebacks and PayPal disputes.
This role is specifically suited for someone who has hands-on experience in dropshipping customer service, understands the unique challenges of supplier-related issues, shipping delays, refunds, and dispute management, and knows how to balance customer satisfaction with business protection.
You should be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and experienced in handling complex customer cases that cannot be resolved by automated systems alone.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service operations for multiple dropshipping stores
Handle complex customer cases escalated from our AI customer service bot, particularly those related to shipping, supplier issues, and refunds
Manage and dispute chargebacks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Handle PayPal disputes and claims professionally and efficiently
Collect, organize, and submit compelling evidence to win disputes and chargebacks
Work with and optimize chargeback prevention tools and apps
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers while protecting the business
Monitor dispute ratios and implement strategies to reduce future disputes
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service workflows specifically for dropshipping operations

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or dispute handling, preferably within dropshipping
Proven experience with chargebacks and PayPal disputes is required
Demonstrable experience in dropshipping customer service is a must
Familiarity with chargeback prevention tools/apps is a plus
Strong written English communication skills
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and make well-judged decisions
Comfortable handling supplier-related issues, shipping delays, and refund disputes
