Position: Customer Support / Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and refunds.
- Help manage returns and exchanges while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Keep customers informed and engaged with regular updates.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and managing online product listings.
-Collaborate with the rest of the team to streamline and improve customer support processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or virtual assistance (preferably in e-commerce).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using customer service platforms,
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
