The Customer Support Specialist ensures exceptional service via chat and email, with phone support as needed. This role requires product expertise to assist customers, resolve issues, and promote our party supplies. You’ll support a diverse clientele, including brides, event planners, and DIY enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction - Provide prompt, clear, and accurate responses. Assist with orders, returns, and website navigation.
Product Expertise - Understand our products to offer personalized recommendations.
Problem Resolution - Address concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Documentation - Keep accurate records of interactions and feedback.
Team Collaboration - Share insights, participate in training, and improve support processes.
Performance - Meet response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution goals.

Qualifications
Customer service experience, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
Strong written/verbal communication, 35+ WPM typing speed.
Familiarity with chat, email tools, and CRM software (a plus).
Reliable PC/laptop (Windows), webcam, mic, and high-speed internet for remote work.
