Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction - Provide prompt, clear, and accurate responses. Assist with orders, returns, and website navigation.
Product Expertise - Understand our products to offer personalized recommendations.
Problem Resolution - Address concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Documentation - Keep accurate records of interactions and feedback.
Team Collaboration - Share insights, participate in training, and improve support processes.
Performance - Meet response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution goals.
Qualifications
Customer service experience, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
Strong written/verbal communication, 35+ WPM typing speed.
Familiarity with chat,
Reliable PC/laptop (Windows), webcam, mic, and high-speed internet for remote work.
