Responsibilities:
Contact potential users based on leads provided by the company
Introduce the exchange’s products and guide users to register
Answer user questions, address concerns, and improve conversion rates
Follow up with users and assist with basic onboarding processes
Record communication details and support team conversion targets

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade users and build trust through conversation
Experience in customer support, sales, or user conversion is a plus
Basic understanding or interest in cryptocurrency or financial products
Results-driven mindset and ability to work with performance targets
