JOB OVERVIEW

Nedzo AI, an AI-driven communication platform transforming how businesses engage with leads through AI-powered voice agents, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel. In this role, you will assist clients with system setup, troubleshooting, and automation while ensuring seamless platform integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support and technical assistance for Nedzo AI users.
• Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts, including automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot client issues related to integrations, webhooks, and APIs.
• Optimize sales funnels and automation sequences.
• Use Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Ensure accurate data attribution and analytics.
• Assist clients via Intercom and resolve queries efficiently.
• Apply basic AI prompting knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
• Reachable between 9 AM - 4 PM EST.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (setup, automation, and troubleshooting).
• Strong skills in Zapier, webhooks, and API integrations.
• Experience in sales funnel building and optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
