Our customers mainly communicate in Polish and German, so advanced ChatGPT skills are essential for crafting professional and effective responses.

Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer messages quickly and professionally via Responso
? Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints from A to Z
? Track orders using Baselinker and courier website and provide accurate updates
? Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain a strong response rate
? Use ChatGPT to improve response quality and efficiency
? Find ways to save costs and optimize customer support processes

Requirements:
???? Experience in customer support (Amazon experience is a plus)
???? Strong proficiency in ChatGPT – this is essential!
???? Familiarity with Baselinker & Responso (or ability to learn quickly)
???? Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Work Details:
